    Official Transcript

    ONLINE:

    • Go to: http://sis.gpc.edu
    • Click "Enter Student Information System"
    • GPC ID = Click What is my GPC-ID? and follow the instructions if you do not know your GPC-ID
    • Enter your Pin# (your date of birth, mmddyy)
    • Click "Login"
    • Scroll down the next page and click "Continue"
      • Select Student Services and Financial Aid
      • Select Student Records
      • Click on Request Official/Printed Transcript

    IN WRITING:

    • Fill out a Transcript Request Form pdf file -- PDF file - get Acrobat Reader
    • A written, signed request may be:
      • mailed to:
        Georgia Perimeter College
        District Admissions and Records
        P.O. Box 89000
        Atlanta, GA 30356
      • faxed to 678-891-3280
      • presented in person at the Admissions & Registration office at the campus you attended.
