    Instructor BiosRichard has a broad-based knowledge in the area of Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques and Leadership Development. He travels internationally training people in the areas of prejudice reduction, cross-cultural communication, conflict management and management and leadership skills.  As a Registered Neutral with the State of Georgia, Richard works with the court system to mediate disputes for everything from general cases to special education and divorce issues.
