Rental Regalia Ordering Instructions
Dear Faculty and Staff:
GPC will hold its Spring Commencement on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the Atlanta Civic Center located at 395 Piedmont NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. All faculty and staff are invited to participate.
The GPC Bookstore will offer the rental of regalia through an on-line rental document or you may contact your campus bookstore. The rental regalia order form link is presented below:

| Please complete the order form and submit no later than Friday, April 19. Once you have completed the form, simply click the "send" button. This automated process is designed to expedite your order. Your regalia will be available for pick-up at the Clarkston bookstore only during the week of April 29. Regalia not picked up by May 2nd at 5 pm may be picked up at the Civic Center the morning of Commencement. You will pay for your regalia when you pick it up either in the bookstore or at the Civic Center. The prices for regalia rental are: | |||

*Pressing and special requests should be indicated on the special instructions line found on the order form. Rentals will be available for pick-up at the Clarkston Campus bookstore only starting the Monday prior to commencement. Rented regalia may be returned to the Bookstore personnel at the Civic Center or to the Clarkston Bookstore after the Commencement ceremony. |

If you are interested in purchasing your regalia, contact your campus bookstore and they will be able to assist you. The deadline for purchases is April 19, 2013.
Please complete your regalia order soon! To have these orders processed and returned by the week of April 29, 2013 these orders must be received by April 19, 2013.
