Why Study General Studies: By majoring in General Studies, students will gain the ability to easily enter a wide variety of major programs, especially those affiliated with the University of Georgia System.  Students will get a broad- based educational background with the flexibility to enter other bachelor of science and arts programs with a minimum of pre-requisite course work.
