315 GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETION OF
PROGRAMS OF STUDY
POLICY
In the event that programs of study are altered, it is the policy of
Georgia Perimeter College to minimize or eliminate penalties such changes may
have on students.
PROCEDURE
To assist students in completing a program of study without penalty,
when program changes are made, the following procedures are to be observed:
A. Students
who have been continuously enrolled (summer term excepted) in a program of
study have the option of finishing that program as described in the College
catalog in effect at the time of their admission.
B. When
course requirements in a program are changed students shall also have the
option of completing the program as revised.
C. As
a general rule, students enrolled in programs that change will be expected to
complete all the requirements of the old program or all requirements of
the newly revised program.
D.
As a general rule, students enrolled
in programs that change will not be penalized by changing course
requirements.
