REVIEW OF FORMAL LEARNING RESOURCES
AGREEMENTS
POLICY
All formal Learning Resources
cooperative agreements are reviewed and renewed annually.
PROCEDURE
The procedure for reviewing all formal joint
Learning Resources agreements with other institutions
is as follows:
A. Prior
to the beginning of the new fiscal year (July 1), the Dean of Learning
Resources will review and evaluate the effectiveness of all formal joint
Learning Resources agreements and arrangements with the cooperating
institutions and forward any recommendations for change to the Vice President
for Academic Affairs.
B. The
Vice President for Academic Affairs will review all suggested revisions or
changes and forward recommendations to the Academic Affairs Policy
Council. From that body,
recommendations go to the College Advisory Board for approval and then to the
President.
C. In
coordination with the cooperating institution, the President will review all
recommendations concerning formal joint Learning Resources agreements and
approve any changes or revisions to the documents.
D. Upon
approval of all recommendations by both institutions, the President will
forward a new agreement to the Board of Regents for approval.
E. Upon
approval by the Board of Regents, all formal Learning Resources cooperative
agreements will be kept on file in the Office for Academic Affairs, the Office
of the Dean of Learning Resources, and the Office of the Executive Vice
President for Financial Affairs.
