Prof Ragland has extensive experience leading and teaching on both GPC and System Council study abroad programs in Chile, Greece, Italy, Spain, England, and France.
Prof Ragland teaches dcrawing, watercolor, and art appreciation, and is a profssional artist and illustrator in her own right, having exhibited thoughtout the southeast United States, Europe, and Latin America.
