The Atlanta Dragon Boat Festival is an annual event, and GPC’s participation is co-sponsored by the Center for International Education and the Health, Wellness and Recreation Department.
Registration and Waiver Deadline: TBA
There is a limit of 25 registered participants. Registration is $5, which covers the cost of a team t-shirt, lunch, drinks, and snacks on race day. Registration forms can be submitted to the Center for International Education, or the Health, Wellness and Recreation coordinator on any GPC campus.

Transportation:
A GPC van will depart from in front of the N building on the Clarkston Campus. There is limited space on the van, so register early if you plan to ride with the group. If you drive yourself to Lake Lanier, please arrive early, and bring some money to pay for parking.

In addition to the race, there are Asian cultural events such as dance, drumming, and martial arts demonstrations, and food and souvenirs for sale from local vendors such as Suno Ice. GPC will provide a tent for team members; please bring your own folding/ collapsible chair, sunscreen, towel, and some additional water.
