Web Content Services produces, manages and oversees posting of all GPC web content for mission critical areas including the GPC homepage, President's site, Enrollment Management group sites and the Marketing and Communications site. Web Content Services also edits the homepage main photos, content, events calendar listings and manages GPC social media accounts. In addition, Web Content Services is responsible for reporting the monthly analytics for the GPC website and social media.

All department website projects are prioritized by the strategic plan and must receive prior approval from the Web Steering Committee.
GPC staff members are expected to attend Web training courses before creating or maintaining GPC websites. Additionally, instructional technologists are available on every campus who are trained to assist with the technical aspects of building Web pages. Contact the campus instructional technologist for more help. For problems with the Drupal Content Management System (CMS), contact the office of training and communications for assistance.
Events Calendar Listings: Events calendar submissions must be sent to Web Content Services 48 hours prior to the event by filling out the events calendar listing form. SUBMIT AN EVENT.
