The Assistant Director of Photography and Creative Imagery supports GPC's strategic marketing plan by taking pictures of college events, faculty, students and staff. The images are used in GPC publications, distributed online, to media outlets and archived for documentary purposes.
All images are owned and copyrighted by Georgia Perimeter College. Any reproduction, duplication, transmission or publication without written permission from the Office of Marketing and Public Relations is prohibited.
Requests for Photography Services:
Requests for GPC's photographic services can be made by the internal GPC community only and are prioritized according to time and the college's strategic plan. You must submit a request for a photo shoot at least 10 days before the event. Six weeks notice is required for major projects.
A submission is not an acknowledgement that the photo shoot is approved and confirmed. You will be notified by email at least seven days before the scheduled event with a confirmation or rejection. Any changes and or cancellations must be communicated immediately to the Assistant Director of Photography and Creative Imagery. Failures to do so may result in charges to the requesting party if a freelance photographer is involved.
People requesting photography services are responsible for obtaining written permission from the subject through a photo release form.
