The purpose of this web site is to enhance the support services we provide to the GPC community.  We've provided a number of resources here to help you report and resolve problems, and learn about SCT Banner, Board of Regents (OIIT) Georgia Enhancements and GPC software.
Student Information Systems (SIS) Team supports users of Banner SIS – Self-Service Banner, used by students and faculty, and Banner INB, the SIS Admin User Application.  Banner supports these business functions:  Recruiting and Admissions, Records and Registration, Advisement, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, and Scheduling/Curriculum.  SIS Team supports data integrity for interfaces to other systems including JCard, JagAlert, iCollege, TouchNet, HigherOne, Contact Center CRM, GPC Libraries, and ODS/EDW, among others.
Technical support is offered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m
