E-mail & Calendaring Employee

All faculty and staff receive an account on the Georgia Perimeter College Exchange e-mail system that provides integrated e-mail and calendaring. By default, your e-mail address is your First.Last followed by “@gpc.edu”.

The recommended e-mail client is Microsoft Outlook 2007 (Windows) or Entourage 2008 (Mac).The GPC/Exchange system stores your e-mail and calendar on a centrally-maintained server.

The calendar in Outlook or Entourage allows you to schedule meetings with individuals across campus your calendar may also be synchronized with a variety of hand-held devices.

You can also access all e-mail, calendars and other information stored in your GPC account via Outlook Web Access (OWA). Follow the link on the service desk page or visit: http://www.gpc.edu/oit.
