jagSPOT Assistantship

 
Job Summary
JagSPOT assistants support the college community with login and password issues, and with basic software questions. JagSpot assistants also monitor access and security for computer labs and classrooms.
 
Typical Duties
JagSPOT assistants open and close classrooms and labs, document and report technical issues, and provide customer service.
 
Additional Duties
During college breaks, JagSPOT assistants remove and install classrooms and labs, produce inventories, document new and existing procedures, and train new assistants.
 
Job Requirements
Applicants must have a high school diploma and pass a Skills Test before an interview. English competency is expected.
 
Promotion
An ability to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work within a team is desired from assistants seeking promotion.
