The Georgia Perimeter College Administrative Systems team provides frontline local support services and works together with external University System resources like, Information Technology Services (ITS), to support the PeopleSoft Financials application.
Georgia Perimeter College utilizes the GeorgiaFIRST model of the PeopleSoft Financials Management System which is the model for budgeting, purchasing, paying vendors, managing capital assets, and managing employee reimbursements for 33 institutions in the University System of Georgia. The GeorgiaFIRST model is centrally supported by the Information Technology Services (ITS) group of the University System of Georgia.
The services provided by the Enterprise Information Systems Administrative team focuses on the strategic goal that states: We will create and foster a culture of teamwork, leadership, quality service and continuous improvement. Services improve efficiency and effectiveness, reduce costs, promote knowledge sharing across the University System, and identify innovative services that address both system-wide and institutional needs.
