Phishing Email!
We are receiving a large number of phishing scam emails that indicate your email box has reached its maximum size limit and tells you to click on a link to update your information. THIS IS A HOAX. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. We are working on blocking these emails. In the meantime, if you receive one, please just delete it. GPC will NEVER send you an email asking for your password. So please do not ever click on a link in an email of this type. Doing so will probably cause a virus or other malicious software to be downloaded. Also, never provide sensitive information as requested in these types of emails. If you have accidentally clicked on the link and provided your information, then please change your GPC password immediately at the GetmyLogin page. You should also have your computer scanned for viruses - employees can contact the Service Desk to place in a request and students can go to the Students Downloads page to install McAfee. |
