Dec. 19th, 2008 iServe is the new work order database system for GPC. The REMEDY work order database is being phased out. Employees entering work orders will get emails from the iServe address confirming the request, the details of the request as well as giving them the "incident number" (new terminology instead of "work order number"). Please check your genmail sent on December 17th.
Nov. 10th, 2008 Beginning November 10th, 2008, OIT is continuing to work to secure college data and resources. To this end, all Students, and all Employees will be required to login to the SIS (Student Information Systems) page (http://sis.gpc.edu) and change (reset) their PIN and answer a security question.
Oct. 20th, 2008 iPrizm Website Filter is up and running on the GPC network (includes WiFi and LAN).  Websites for music, videos and games are blocked on the Network due to bandwidth and security issues.
Oct. 9th, 2008 New network security has been put into place on the campuses. This includes WiFi (GPC Network Authentication Page) and Employee PC's (Clean Access Agent) as well.  If you are having any trouble getting logged in, please contact us by phone or enter a Service request and we can assist you.
