Getting help for your technology needs is as close as a phone call, an email, the web, or a visit to one of our JagSPOT locations.

In an effort to enhance our services we are striving to create an online self-service center that will provide you with the ability to search a knowledgebase for questions and support issues.

Critical Updates

 
December 16, 2014
OIT is working with its vendors to make necessary repairs to the battery system that supports the data center. To do this, power to the data center must be suspended and all college services will hence be unavailable. The repairs will begin Saturday December 20th starting at 7AM, and services will not return until Saturday December 20th at approximately 10PM.

The Service Desk will be closed from Wednesday, December 24th through Sunday, January 4th for the winter holidays. We will resume normal operation at 7:00am on Monday, January 5th. Georgia Perimeter College Information Technology is proud to announce the new Microsoft Student Advantage Program. This program provides free access to Office 365 Pro Plus for students enrolled at Georgia Perimeter College. All currently enrolled Georgia Perimeter College students are eligible and may download and install Office 365 Pro applications on up to 5 devices (PC, MAC, and/or mobile device). Interested in adding media to your iCollege Classes? ShareStream and iCollege make media easier to manage! Sharestream is a service that is designed to deliver multimedia to students via a variety of devices (laptops, tablets, phones, etc) and operating systems.
 
Sharestream offers faculty two ways to get multimedia into their iCollege class.
 
Option 1:  Faculty can load their multimedia files and insert them into their course materials.
Option 2:  Students can submit multimedia files to their instructors.  Instructor’s can then share those files with the rest of the class.
