Summary of Service: 
The Project Intake process prepares the OIT leadership team to consider relevant information related to a candidate project that may be presented to the Executive Cabinet for acceptance and prioritization.

FAQs

1.Does the acceptance of a project constitute the project has been adopted by the OIT Leadership? 
Answer:  No.  A project is initially reviewed by the OIT Leadership team to determine viability based on current resources and then is the project sent to the Executive Cabinet where it is reviewed and accepted. Once the project has been adopted by the Executive Cabinet, the project is then added and prioritized in the project portfolio.
