From time to time students who take online classes at GPC may need assistance obtaining information or may encounter issues with admissions, registration, enrollment, financial affairs, obtaining textbooks, or managing activities in their iCollege classes. We always encourage students to first try to resolve problems by dealing directly with the offices or individuals that are involved. When students have not been able to solve problems in this manner, however, the GPC Online Student Success Team is available to provide assistance.
Request for Assistance Form
The best way to seek assistance is to submit a Request for Assistance Form. This form will provide the GPC Online staff with a record of information that we can use to help you. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and forwarded to the staff person who can best provide the help that you are requesting. You should expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours (weekends and college holidays excluded).

If your request for assistance is urgent or you prefer to speak with a staff member, you may phone GPC Online Student Services at 404-631-6585 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Monday-Friday (Eastern Time). GPC Online Student Support Services staff will not be available by phone on weekends or college holidays.
If you are experiencing technical problems, the Request for Assistance Process is NOT the way to resolve the problem. Instead you should contact:
1) the Online Support Center (OSC) which provides 24/7 assistance at www.gpc.edu/icollege/help.html or
2) the GPC Technology Service Desk (during normal business hours) by e-mail at servicedesk or by telephone at 678-891-3460.
