Submitting your Proposal
Georgia Perimeter College encourages proposals that conform to the permitted use of Student Technology Fee revenues and will contribute to the college’s mission and instructional objectives. The Student Technology Fee Committee will consider all proposals submitted by students, faculty, staff or other institutional organizations.
Proposals must be submitted in writing according to acceptable guidelines. Proposals from academic departments must have the endorsement of both the department chair and the appropriate dean. Proposals from areas outside of academic departments must have the endorsement of the unit director, the director’s supervisor, or the appropriate vice president.
The Student Technology Fee proposal and award process is conducted in three stages: ongoing proposal development, award allocation, spending and reporting cycle. Proposal Submission Instructions

- Email your completed form to techfee @ gpc.edu
- Once your form has been received, it will be reviewed by OIT, Plant Operations and committee members prior to the Student Technology Fee Committee meeting. You may be contacted by OIT and/or Plant Operations for additional information/justification.
- Proposals MUST be completed and sumbitted by the deadline date.
Approvals
Georgia Perimeter College is committed to student participation in the decision process regarding Student Technology Fee projects. In order to ensure that Student Technology Fee expenditures are consistent with GPC’s overall goals and objectives, the Student Technology Fee Sub-committee will submit a summary of approvals to the Chief Information Officer to present to the President.
