Before making an interlibrary loan request, please verify that the item(s) is not available at any USG institution.

Please fill out this form completely, and DO NOT ABBREVIATE. Please indicate the complete citation source (Where did you find this?). Be specific give the name of the database, book, website url, etc. where the book citation was found and use the information from that citation with this request.

Here is an example:
(Author) Tojo, Takashi, (Title) Japanese Dogs: Akita, Shiba and other breeds, (Year of Publication) 2004. (Place of Publication) New York. (Edition) 2nd.

Try to include an ISBN or OCLC number for faster service.

Requests with incomplete information will not be processed.
