Step by Step Finding my Webmail User ID and Password
This handout takes you step by step through finding your GPC user ID and password for the first time and recovering it. If you forget your GPC Password more than five times, you need to call the Helpdesk or visit the open computer lab in the back of the library.
1) From any library web page, click GPC Home or type http://www.gpc.edu
into your browser.
2) Click the Webmail link near the top of the page. This is a secure connection, and
your browser may request special permission to access it.

3) Click Username & Password Information. This is a link in the left margin. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4) Click the red link that says Student ID Query Form.
Your browser may request special permission for access because this is a secure form.
5) Fill out the form. You need to know your nine digit GPC ID (your 900 number),
your date of birth, and you also need to agree to the computer usage policies in the Student Handbook.
6) When you finish filling out the form, click Submit.
7) GPC usually gives you both your user ID and password
for email as well as for WebCT. Write these down and keep them in a safe place. Also
please memorize them. You need your webmail password and user ID to sign on to
computers in the library and in open laboratories.
