Welcome to English as a Second Language, Foreign Languages, and Critical Languages at Dunwoody Campus

In addition to academic English instruction for non-native English speaking students, the English as a Second Language, Foreign Languages, and Critical Languages Department at Dunwoody Campus provides instruction in a number of languages.  French, German, Spanish, and Chinese are taught using traditional classroom methodologies.  In addition, several languages, including Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Russian, are taught as critical languages in which native-speaking drill instructors teach small groups of students emphasizing the oral components of the language.
