New faster refund system
Georgia Perimeter College is partnering with Higher One, a financial services company that exclusively serves higher education. The banking services of Higher One are designed to specifically meet the needs of college students.
Every student will receive a GPC MasterCard Debit card in the mail. The card is not a credit card. Students will need to activate the GPC Debit Card and choose from two (2) options to receive their refund:
- Deposited directly to the HigherOne Account/GPC Debit Card
- Deposited to another bank account of their choice
It is your responsibility to verify that your correct address is on file with GPC.

Justin Loadholt
