about us
The Chattahoochee Review literary magazine is a nationally
recognized literary journal sponsored by Georgia
Perimeter College. Our purpose, a twenty-five year literary
tradition, is to publish original writing of literary merit.
Each quarter, we publish the best in creative writing, essays,
fiction, literary criticisms; everything you’ve come
to expect from a celebrated literary magazine.
Having grown beyond its previoud role as more of a Southern
literary magazine, The Chattahoochee Review has established
a wider, more diverse audience taking on a more visible role
as a national literary magazine. By accepting literary submissions
from both established and emerging authors and poets, The
Chattahoochee Review continues to broaden its reach.
Sending literary magazine subscriptions nationwide and attracting
new readership through our online literary journal, The
Chattahoochee Review continues to garner national success
as a respected literary magazine.
Happy not only to accept, but to excel as a nationally recognized
literary magazine, we are never far from our roots. The
Chattahoochee Review will always remain a cultural organization
whose purpose is to build and maintain a literary community
in Georgia, as well as the entire Southeast. Although it is
our hope that our presence as an online literary magazine
will only build more respect and interest in our regional
endeavors, we remain committed to our national, if not global
expansion.
We hope that you will bookmark this website and visit us often.
As the year progresses more and more original content will
be uploaded, including interviews, podcasts, and excerpts
from the print issue. We also hope you will subscribe, or
send a gift subscription to a friend or relative.
And let us know what you think about our changes and our magazine.
