Career Planning
Career planning is a process, not a one-time selection. There may be pressure on you to "choose" your major and career as soon as possible but the better you understand the process, the better choices you will make regarding career choices throughout your life. There is no crystal ball to tell you what to do; reading a book or completing a computer program isn't going to make the decision for you. Career research and self-evaluation are critical to the career decision-making process. Analyzing your interests, abilities, skills, personal values, and work values are all important in the career process.
